You can see all of our wheels for disc brakes here. We have a large selection of wheelsets for the recreational rider, the elite cyclist, the competitive or mountain rider, or for you who want the lightest wheels.

You can choose between different profiles and hub options, including DKBIKE hubs with standard or ceramic bearings, Ratchet hubs, or DT Swiss 350 and 240 hubs. The wheels are available with black discreet logos or white ones, which provide a cool look when they are rolling

We recommend:

DKBIKE Ratchet with ceramic bearings: Unmatched performance and extremely wear-resistant
DKBIKE with ceramic bearings: Unmatched performance and the best-rolling wheelset.
DKBIKE with Ratchet hub: Extremely wear-resistant and fantastic rolling.

If you want a lightweight wheelset, you should definitely check out DKBIKE Feather. Here you get a fantastic lightweight wheelset from only 1314 g with a ratchet hub.

Which carbon wheelset should you choose for yourself and your bike?

When choosing the right wheelset for your bike, it is important to consider where and how you cycle. The wheels are a crucial part of your cycling experience, and the right choices can make a big difference to both speed and control. Do you ride mostly on flat terrain, hilly landscapes, or something else entirely? Your riding needs are the key to finding the wheelset that suits you best. Here you can learn more about the different types of wheels so you can make the best choice.

Road bike wheelset

When it comes to road bikes, speed, control, and comfort are essential. Our DKBIKE wheelsets are built to be light, stiff, and aerodynamic. Reduced weight and stiffness give you more efficient and faster rides – whether it is for training or racing. The choice is typically between aerodynamics and weight optimization, depending on whether you primarily ride in flat terrain or hilly surroundings. We have wheelsets that each provide their own advantages – and not least wheelsets that offer it all – including our DKBIKE Feather wheelset – a mountain wheelset or competition wheelset that is suitable for everything; i.e., low weight, ultra-stiff wheels, and, not least, aerodynamics. You can see them here.

Carbon wheelset

With our carbon wheelsets, you achieve low weight, high stiffness in the wheels, which provides great power transfer between you/your bike and the road, as well as aerodynamics – all created to give you the ultimate experience on the road. Reducing the weight of the wheels makes a significant difference, especially because they are in constant motion. It can be felt in both acceleration and climbing on the big hills and mountains – whether it is for the Grejsdalsløbet in the hills of Vejle or when you are riding Gran Fondo, La Marmotte, Stelvio, Alpe D'Huez, or something completely different. Here, our DKBIKE Feather or our DKBIKE Wave are excellent choices.

High profile or low profile

The profile (the height of the wheel) has a major influence on aerodynamics and, not least, on wind sensitivity. High profiles provide better aerodynamics but weigh more and affect stability in crosswinds. Therefore, they are ideal for flat terrain where aerodynamics are more important than weight. Low profiles are lighter and therefore more suitable for hills and mountains where weight plays a greater role. Our DKBIKE Road disc carbon wheels are made for the Danish roads – or our DKBIKE Road rim brake carbon wheels. Our DKBIKE Wave are also perfect for Danish conditions, where crosswinds often play a major role. The special design of our DKBIKE Wave wheels "softens" the crosswind impact, which means you won't experience the same wind gusts from the side compared to more traditionally shaped carbon wheels. You can see our selection of DKBIKE Wave disc (disc brakes) here or our DKBIKE Wave for rim brakes here.
