What is the cost of accessory installation with you?
Nothing! We are happy to install the accessories you purchase with the wheels at no extra cost; you just need to note it in your order
Are your wheels tubeless ready?
All our wheels are tubeless-ready and compatible with clincher tires. The only thing you need to remember is to install the included rim tape, regardless of whether you are riding with tubes or tubeless. We are happy to install it for you before shipping; just add a note in your order.
What does TLR mean?
TLR is an abbreviation for Tubeless. We have written a blog post about it here
What is the difference between a ratchet hub, ceramic bearings, and a ratchet with ceramic bearings?
The difference lies, among other things, in the number of contact points between the cassette body and the hub itself.
The Ratchet hub has 36 contact points, while the hub with ceramic bearings has 6 pawls and is easy to clean.
This means that the Ratchet hub is more durable and is very easy to clean and generally maintain.
If you are mainly looking for a high-performance hub, the one with ceramic bearings rolls slightly more easily.
The Ratchet hub with ceramic bearings rolls like the hub with ceramic bearings, is lighter, and has an "extra" benefit in terms of durability and maintenance—the best of both worlds.
The durability and wear resistance of the Ratchet combined with the fantastic rolling efficiency of ceramic bearings.
All the hubs are absolutely fantastic, however—and regardless of your choice, they will provide you with many great rides
