Custom wheels

If you have other wishes that are not described, just contact us - and we will try to meet your wishes. Example: If you want to drive with a different rim profile front and rear, we can easily do it. When you customize the wheels, they are produced according to your order, which is why you should expect a delivery time of 4-6 weeks for the same reason; Fortunately, good things are worth waiting for.

Details about our wheels

First of all, we sell high-performance bicycle wheels that are made for what they are exposed to. The wheels are made of the highest quality carbon fibre. That is we do not use carbon fibers from China, Taiwan, etc. On the other hand, we use the recognized and not least the strongest carbon fiber on the market, namely Toray carbon from Japan. There is traceability down to the individual delivery of carbon, which ensures a consistently high quality.

The brake surface is also a specially developed aspect with great focus. Thus, the brake surface has been developed to be able to withstand even extremely high temperatures of over 270 degrees Celsius. If you therefore tend to use the brakes a lot when you cycle, you don't have to worry about overheating.

When the conversation falls on our special, patented hub, mouth watering really begins to rise. Thus, in the vast majority of our hubs, we have - as standard - ceramic bearings. For the uninitiated, this means, in short, that the hub is incredibly smooth-running. In addition, the hub has a special system, which results in low resistance and thus higher speed with the same wattage. Popularly speaking, this means you have to pedal less to shoot the same speed compared to some other wheels.

The spokes, the spoke holes and the nipples are 100% coordinated with each other. This means that each individual spoke hole is completely aligned with the nipple and the angle of the spokes. This results in increased stability and thus less energy used. In addition, each individual spoke has 2 x crosses in the rear wheel, which is an important aspect in ensuring spoke tension.
